Delivery time: Normal shipping time is approximately 2-5 working days after successful payment (orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day) Shipping may take longer for some items.
Remote Pick-up Surcharge: If the delivery address is SF self-service lockers/ SF Service Partner on designated remote islands (Changzhou, Lamma Island, Peng Chau), SF Express charge HK$5 per shipment remote pick-up surcharge starting March 17, 2025. This fee is borne by the recipient.
This surcharge is collected by SF Express and unrelated to this website. The specific application is subject to the latest policy of SF Express. It is recommended to confirm the pick-up point on the SF Express APP. You can pick up the package after paying the surcharge; if you refuse to pay, the goods will be returned and cannot be redistributed, and the recipient will be responsible for all expenses. Please confirm the address and pick-up method before submitting the order.
Customs clearance and duties: According to relevant national customs regulations, tariffs may be incurred during the delivery process, and this tariff must be borne by the buyer. Customs duties are collected by national customs and have nothing to do with this website. It is recommended that you consult the relevant window for the specific tax amount. You can collect the package after you pay all the customs duties. If the product is returned to Hong Kong due to refusal to pay customs duties, the product will not be reshipped. All costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer.
- Orders will be shipped to the delivery address as provided exactly by the customer when placing the order.
- When the delivery area is Taiwan, due to the real-name policy for imported parcels, the recipient must complete the EZ WAY real-name registration
